You made wonderf...Thanks you so much for this post. You made wonderful points and did so with love. Our family does not celebrate Halloween, and over the years we have endured negative responses even from followers of Christ for deciding not to participate in "fall parties" at local churches. No matter what title you add, it's still compromise. I believe out of desperation to "reach" the lost and please church members who do not see the harm in it, we have accepted those things which are not pleasing to God. We tend to be too consumed with what the world thinks and have slowly allowed darkness to creep into the congregation. Doors have been opened for the sake of entertainment purposes. Certainly this is an issue to pray and fast over. For eyes to be opened and the lies of darkness to be exposed. We must meditate on those things which are lovely.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
